- How can I make a reservation?

- How do I pay for my charge?

You can pay to our driver when you come to destination.

- Is there an extra-charge in case of a traffic-jam?

No, our prices have been fixed in advance and we shall do our best to take you quickly and safely to your destination address.

- How far in advance do I have to reserve?

We recommend you book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.

- What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Reservations can be canceled free of charge 48 hours before the date of the service. In case of no show of one or more customers, the cancellation policy will be considered as not respected and the service will be charged.

- Why do I need to call if I have already pre-booked?

It is important that you call us so we know you have arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim, so we can make sure the driver doesn't leave without you. Remember to call before collecting your luggage; the driver can then make his way to meet you whilst you pick up your bags.

- What if my flight is delayed?

We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer but cannot guarantee this will be possible.

- How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport?

Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.

- Where are your pick up and drop off points?

We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris. On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from.

- What airports do you serve?

We serve Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais and Bourget airports.

- Do you operate outside Paris?

Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please do not forget to contact us form with your requirements.

- Complaints ?

Any claim relating to services provided by Services must be sent directly by the client to within 8 days from the transfer date, detailing the reasons of such claim.

- Do you provide child/baby seats?

Yes, we do provide Free baby seats (upon request) for Private transfers.

- What if I don't speak French?

Don't worry! All our drivers and agents speak both French and English.

- Do I need to tip the driver?

You are not compelled to give a tip, but if you have been satisfied with the service, the Driver will appreciate it. You must not pay for your luggage.

- I have not received my confirmation e-mail ?

If you did not receive your confirmation over 24 hours after booking, you may send us an email and ask us to send it to you again.Also you can call us + 33 768795656 and confirm yourself.
